The Private Client is carefully establishing the lender relationships, program access, and operational safeguards necessary to serve each client responsibly. Until that work is complete, the Secure Client Portal is not accepting new mortgage applications.

We believe an application should begin only when we are fully prepared to provide thoughtful guidance, evaluate the available financing options, and support the client throughout the mortgage process.

You are welcome to request general mortgage guidance in the meantime. We can discuss your goals, property type, ownership structure, and anticipated financing needs. Submitting a guidance request does not begin a mortgage application, authorize a credit inquiry, or create a commitment to lend.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, login credentials, or other sensitive financial information through ordinary email or the guidance form. When application access becomes available, sensitive information will be collected through the Secure Client Portal.
